The Client’s functional need for a carport led to the construction of carport, reconfiguring of entry stairs and associated landscaping as well as a refurbishment of the existing sunroom at the front of the house.

RAC undertook the project after winning the competitive tender and lent constructability advice to the client and architect as the scope grew to include a more extensive refurbishment of the front rooms.
RAC overcame limited street access and extremely tight site constraints to construct a serviceable carport, retaining walls, entry stair, and front rooms that all contributed to a significantly improved street presence in inner city West End.
The service included extensive earthworks for excavation & landscaping and a full re-roof.
